Write a blog post

Draft it, polish it, publish it now or schedule it — the editor does the heavy lifting.

The blog page listing posts as draft, scheduled and published

A blog that answers real customer questions (“what does a boiler service cost?”, “why is my radiator cold at the bottom?”) is quiet, steady Google fuel. The Blog page is where yours lives.

Step by step

  1. Open Blog and tap New post.
  2. Write in the editor — headings, lists, photos, the lot. It looks like the finished article as you type. (If AI drafting is on your plan, it can rough out a first draft from a sentence or two.)
  3. Give it a title that’s an actual question or promise: “How much does a bathroom refit cost in Manchester?” beats “Latest news”.
  4. Then choose:
    • Save as draft — nobody sees it, come back anytime;
    • Publish — live with your next site publish;
    • Schedule — pick a date and it goes out on its own.

What should I write about?

The questions you answer on the phone every week. One honest, useful post a month puts you ahead of nearly every competitor you have.

Tip: don’t aim for essays. 400 words that genuinely answer one question is a better post than 2,000 words of waffle.
