Edit, unpublish or delete a blog post
Fix a typo, pull a post back to draft, or delete it for good.
Open this in your portal
Posts aren’t carved in stone. Everything on the Blog page can be reopened, reworded, hidden or removed.
Editing
- Open Blog, find the post, tap it.
- Make your changes — the editor is the same one you wrote it in.
- Save. If the post is published, the fix goes live with your next publish.
Unpublishing vs. deleting
- Unpublish (back to draft) — the post vanishes from your website but stays safe in the portal. Right choice for “the prices in this are old” or “I want to rework it”.
- Delete — gone for good, from the site and the portal. There’s a confirmation, but no undo. Right choice for duplicates and false starts only.
If in doubt, draft it — storage is free, regret isn’t.
Tip: deleting a post that’s been live a while also deletes any Google ranking it earned. If it gets any visits at all (check analytics), fix it instead of binning it.
