Logging in (and what to do if you can't)
Where to sign in, and how to reset a forgotten password.
Open this in your portal
Your portal lives at portal.toolbelt.uk — bookmark it on your phone and your laptop. Sign in with the email address we set you up with.
Forgotten your password?
- On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your email — we’ll send you a reset link.
- Follow the link and choose a new password. That’s it.
If the email doesn’t arrive within a couple of minutes, check spam, and make sure you’re using the address your account was created with (it’s the one we send your invoices to).
First time here?
The first time you sign in we’ll walk you straight to your account page to set a proper password of your own.
