Collect customer reviews
Send a review link after a job and watch the stars stack up on Google.

Reviews win work — most customers read them before they ring anyone. The Reviews page collects them for you and points happy customers at Google (or wherever else you want the stars to land).
Step by step
- Finish a job and mark it Completed.
- On the Reviews page, create a review link for that job — or copy the link from the job itself.
- Text it to the customer while the goodwill’s still warm: “Cheers for today! If you’ve got 30 seconds, a review would mean a lot: [link]”
- The customer taps a star rating, optionally leaves a comment, and is then invited on to your review destinations — Google, Checkatrade, wherever you’ve set up.
Reading the page
The summary shows your average rating and how many links are still awaiting a response. Each submitted review shows the stars, the comment, and whether they clicked through to Google — so you know which reviews made it to the public internet.
Tip: ask the same day, every time, and make it the same habit as packing up your tools. “Always ask” beats “sometimes remember” by about ten reviews a year.
